I may have 2 reviews of this business. The first review I did some how left my screen before I finished the review. Anyway, Black Jack is one of the best companies that I have delt with. I have been buying from them for well over 7 years. I have referred friends and family. I have two cousins who have purchased from Black Jack and they live over 100 miles from Lees Summit and have also been very pleased with their purchases and service they received. I do know that one of the complainers on this site did work for one of Black Jack's competitors and I think one can figure out who that is. The owner is one of the best people that I have met in years. His dad works right there with him and is also very good. Even my cousins found out that the prices and service received was excellent. It appears that the owner keeps his overhead low and passes on the savings to his customers. It is hard to find an honest business these days but Black Jack is the best and takes care of his customers. So go and visit their business and you will see what I am talking about. more

This is definitely a down to earth group of guys, who will help you with pretty much anything you want. From the sales staff to the guys in back a top notch operation, and a group of guys that really try to make you happy. The store stays extremely busy everytime I have ever been in, but they always take the time to help me find what I need. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs just a simple part, to someone looking for something a little extra ordinary. more

Was shopping for a camper cover and slide out bed. The so called salesman looked in a book and quoted me a price and said the cover looked like that one (pointed out in the lot). Did not care to really show me either product? Took a phone call in the middle of our conversation and visited with his buds that worked there. He did not give a flip about helping me. I did not give them a chance to mess with me after the sale and bought my camper cover and slide out bed from a competitor. I bought from a family Co. in Blue Springs that took the time to show me the products and work with me during the decision process. They actually wanted my business. more

I purchased several products from Black Jack during late 2010 and early 2010. They are friendly and knowledgable. But despite playing along, the company WILL NOT stand behind inferior, fault goods, even after months of patiently waiting. A bad experience, which I would urge others to avoid by going elsewhere . . . more

Recently had my dodge diesel modified with 5" exhaust, edge tuner, and an afe cold air intake system. My truck sounds awesome, the gas mileage has jumped to a little over 21mpg, I couldn't be happier with the guys at blackjack. Everyone was great to work with I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning and it was done by a little after 2:00. This is my 3rd truck I've had them do and everything always turns out great. Just wanted to say keep up the good work. more

I brought in my truck to have trailer brakes put on and was quoted around $120. During the time they worked on my vehicle, I received a call that they would need to do some extra work. I asked if the price would stay around $150 and they said sure. Pros: None Cons: dishonest and unprofessional more

A new truck and $1000.00 bed cover. The installer could not install a power wire without breaking trim on the truck and leaving trim bolt out. What a mess. Pros: Great selection of truck accessories. Cons: WORST work on installation of product. more
