Awesome Service!! 4/29/2009

I recently moved to the area and had my first exam with Dr Bittner. I was so impressed with the exam... I have never had such a good eye exam. The staff was very helpful. I just picked up my new glasses and love them! I highly recommend this practice to anyone!! Pros: Friendly staff, very informative exams Cons: none!! more

Horrible Customer Service 4/25/2009

Dr. Bittner is rude and condescending with no interperpersonal skills whatsoever. If you're looking for a doctor on a power trip, he is the one to see. I would not recommend him or his practice ever! Cons: Entire experience more
