Fast service on replacement of windshield washer pump 1/23/2014

My car was in and out in less than an hour! Great work and great customer service. To ensure prompt fast service always remember to place your order one day in advance so they can order the part you need for the date of service. These people rock! more

Mike was great told me everything I needed to know and got me in and out quick! Jon was my technician and did an awesome job!!! I Would defiantly go back there for anything from an oil change or to have a motor done!!!! Love love love this shop!!! more

Knowledgeable mechanic that worked on my car. 1/1/2014

The mechanic that worked on my car spent time to go over everything he did and the things I should be aware of on my 325i. I took a star away because I brought my car in on Friday and was told it would be ready Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning I did not get a phone call so I had to call. more

Another great visit. Great service by Mike up front. They guy deserves a Christmas bonus. While waiting for my Excursion to be completed he was servicing other customers in person and on the phone. I could hear how he was always trying to keep the cost down for his customers and not up selling. That's a big plus in this business. Customer loyalty is key to sucess and Mike is the face of this shop. He is one of the main reason's 196 people have given 99% positive ratings. I don't want to forget that out of 4 vehicles being serviced over time and lots of money dropped on repairs at bittersweet I have never had to go back because something was not done correctly. Treat Mike and your mechanics well...bonuses all around! more
