Bits 'N Pieces

Wish that you would call and talk to us (Bits 'n Pieces) about your quilt. I'd be surrprised that we would suggest you to quilt it yourself, since we send MANY of our own quilts out to be quilted. Please understand that we only offer the service of having your quilt quilted by some one else. We take the quilts to the quilter, and pick them up. The quilter (not Bits 'n Pieces) is the one who calls you about your quilt. Not sure if you wanted custom quilting, I'm certain we told you that this quilter does very little custom quilting. more

FYI.. I went to Bits N Pieces to have a quilt that i made quilted and the people in the store were rude and very unprofessional. When i went to the desk to pick out my batting, the woman asked me why I didn't quilt it myself. At this point I was very confused, and told her that I brought it here to be quilted because I didn't know how to do it myself. however I left the quilt there and when the quilting lady called me about doing a custome job, she told me ""you don't need to come back"". Now I feel that this business should welcome business. It is a shame that they are doing so well that they can turn business away and tell me that i do not need to return. I am so hurt and upset. Now my quilt ( that is a gift) is not done. I do not feel that this type of customer service warrants any business!!! Cons: Worst customer service.....EVER more
