I can't believe more people have not discovered this place! From the Staff, the atmosphere,, drinks, food and the incredible live music (which is every Friday & Saturday) we can't wait to go back! Like one of the other reviews said, talk to the owner Pierre for five minutes and you will feel like you have been adopted into the Bistro family.
Their menu was very impressive. Take my advice and start off with the G-bread! It came highly recommended by our server and we were not let down. Six pieces of a crusty Baguette covered with cheese and soaking in a garlic cream alfredo sauce! OMG to die for! After the G-bread I moved onto the Lobster Ravioli. Ravioli resting in a sweet garlic parmesan cream sauce with tomatoes and onions. The perfect proportion for an entree and quit delicious! Our server warned us that the dish can be quit addicting and once again he was right. My friend had the Salmon Royal, a salmon filet surronded by spinach, topped off with sauteed artichoke hearts, bacon, sweet onions drizzled with a lemon cream sauce! Now this dish looked so beautiful that it was almost difficult to bite into, almost! Once my friend bit into one of the most moist filet of salmon she has ever had there was no stopping till the dish was gone! Needless to say she REALLY enjoyed it. To finish off our evening we decided to looked at the dessert menu and shared an Apple Galette. A change on the American classic Apple Pie with a crusty french pastry as its crust. I will definitely have this again!
So if your looking for a place that is small, has fantastic food, good live music in a relaxed atmosphere Bistro 400 is the place that you should visit on your next night out!
