Doctor Taylor was very knowledgeable and personable. Our first visit here was great and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back!

Worst

Worst mistake I'm made recently was to take my choking dog to this center. Dr Scott sent me home with instruction to get my 6 pound dog oral medications and resume normal feeding....

Our dog Riley injured his hind leg chasing an animal in our yard last night. We have used BR for boarding twice but never for vet services. so glad we decided to today. The desk and technicians were so caring and friendly. The doctor was awesome. He really took his time examining with his hands and found the injury; it was a simple sprained ankle. The dr gave us the option of x-rays or waiting 5 days to see if it improves which if it does will save us the cost of the x-rays. Our dog is home resting and on his way to recovery. We have decided to change our vet to BR. more

Best doctors I've ever met 11/11/2009

I have seen Dr. Utchen and Dr.Gilman, both of who are very compassionate and better listeners than any doctor I've ever seen. They understand what my dog means to me and tell me the different ways I can take care of her problems. I really appreciate that they explain the cost of what it will take and help me decide what is best overall as well as all the pluses and minuses. They even didnt charge me for the last time my dog was in for her ear problem, which is finally better due to Bishop Ranch. more

Open 24/7, regular prices for nighttime appointments 10/1/2009

Good: Doctors very friendly and very smart. Spent time researching my pet's problems. Called me back when they said they would.. Bad: Had to wait 10 minutes during my appointment. Other: Very friendly nurses and doctors. more

Purrrfect 9/27/2005

The Doctors and staff care about your pet as much as you do. They have a wide variety of experience including exotic pet experience. They have cared for my cat, dog, snake, and lizard all with the same caring and professional manner. The only service that I do not recommend BRVC for is grooming. more

Definitely take your pets here 8/1/2005

We have taken our two dogs here for years and know of several other family and friends that take their animals here as well. All of the doctors that we have seen have been VERY good with our pets and go out of their way to make sure you stay informed and updated. They follow up routinely and on their off hours to make sure your pets are ok and progressing if they are sick. I would highly recommend this facility. more
