Brad was very helpful and informative. He replaced my laundry room faucet, explaining everything he needed to do and he answered all my questions. My new faucet looks great and he even helped me with a payment plan. I will use Bishop again, because I know they are reliable and they always do a good job. Thank you. more

This is a response to your letter dated May 7, 2014. I never made an online review of the job done on my property. The repairman did the review by himself. I was billed $425.00 to replace a damaged Washer and I personally had to assembled shower handle because he did not have the right equipment. I was so disappointed, that I refused to allow him continue the Power Rod Laundry for $599.00, New pump for $806.26 and Bio Clean for $210.00, plus $59.00.\r \r I had to call another company to complete the above listed items just for $525.00.
