Fun for everyone 8/20/2005

Bishop Museum is a pretty good place that’s fun for both kids and adults. Exhibits change every so often. The last time I went down there was for a dinosaur exhibit years ago. It was actually pretty cool. There was an exhibit where you could uncover fossils. In addition they also have a Hawaiian culture exhibit which is kind of interesting. It shows all the one native species of birds in Hawaii and how they evolved. more

Bishop Museum has cultural items 7/29/2005

If you want a nice day a a museum while in Honlulu, then the Bishop Museum is a great bet. The cultural offerings are there as well as the new science center that will be opening soon. They have alot of old Hawaiian artifacts & it is a good place for the family. more
