This business is horrible! My poor pup had an awful grooming experience. The groomers and the owner badly mistreat the animals that are in their care. I had to take my pup to my vet after she was groomed. I had to battle the owner to pay the vet bill and even had to go all the way to the Better Business Bureau to receive my money back for the groom and vet bill. ' more

I just picked my 2 dogs up and I am thrilled. Both are happy, look and smell great. Previous groomers have suggested to tranquilizing one of my dogs because he gets stressed and I didn't like that. The staff here didn't ask me to give my dog meds and it went beautifully. The fact that my babies are clean, trimmed, and, most importantly, comfortable is the best testament to this company. They are also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. more

Brought a dog home from the county shelter two years ago and she came with a recommendation to fun doggie daycare at Biscuit Boutique. Great place for my dog to play nice with others and get herself groomed and spiffy as well. more

Lynn is great 9/9/2011

My dog is very old and she doesn't like to be left alone if not she gets all sad and doesn't eat so when I can't be home I bring her here and she loves it. Lynn is always nice to her and shows her lots of loving. Thank you guys for being so great! more

Oh my god!! I love this place! They always have the cutest clothes for my chihuahua here and its hard to find cute clothes for small dogs. Every time I get new clothes from here for my baby she spins and jumps of excitement (she loves to wear clothes). I give you guys 10 STARS!! more

Tails a waggin 9/7/2011

I think that the idea of a doggie day care spa is totally cool. I like to take my dog, Pesto, in for a day of pampering. He gets washed and a conditioning for his skin and fur, and his nails trimmed, and his shag cut to a more manageable state. His tail is always a waggin when I pick him up. I love it and I believe so does he. more

My Big D loves, and I mean loves coming here. I think that when I put him in the car and tell him where we're going he turns and turns in circles in anticipation of a great day. Staff love the animals they care for and when Big D comes home he looks so handsome and happy. more

I frequently visit this spa with Spottie wagging his tail in pure bliss. They take special care of him and the staff is amazing. He is always super excited when it's bath time. It's something in the water at this place!! more

Best Dog Spa Ever! 8/4/2011

Best Doggie Daycare Ever! I started bringing my pug puppy here on occasion back in March. Biscuit Boutique and Doggy Spa is everything they advertise and more! I truly appreciate that they completely separate small and large dogs. My puppy's cornea was scratched at another doggie daycare because the dogs were not properly separated. The friendly staff always happily greet us, and when I leave, I feel that she is in very good hands. I think my puppy loves the place too. Today she actually steered me to their door from the sidewalk. I'm sure she couldn't wait to see her friends:) more

One of the best pet boutiques filled with; toys, treats, raincoats, clothing, leashes, collars, travel bags, & food bowls, beds & lot's of other great finds. The owner has impeccable taste so her shop is wonderful! My teacup poodle has the most adorable ballerina outfit and it is just adorable. I have purchased many items & have been happy with all of my finds. more

Amazing facility for dogs! 7/27/2011

Our dog loves to come here! It's so nice to be able to take your dog somewhere to play other than the park. Maxy loves to come here and play with all the other dogs. It's convenient to take him here so at the end of the day he is some what calm at night, otherwise he is bouncing from wall to wall it seems like. Thank you for having such an amazing facility for dogs! more

The staff here has been grooming my 2 dogs for as long as I've had them, one time my Maltese had gotten out and gotten dirty the day after being groomed. When I brought her back they gave her a bath again for free! They are really passionate about what they do! more

They have groomed my dog for years and it is WONDERFUL. I have a dog with anxiety and behavioral problems probably as the result of an abusive past, and even he doesn't mind going to see the employees at Biscuit Boutique! more

I have been taking my puppy for a few months now to Biscuit Boutique. My puppy always comes out of there looking amazing and smelling fantastic. Their place is very clean and it smells wonderful. The groomers are kind and have a lot of love for the doggies. more

Whenever I take my dog in, they make sure they know exactly what it is that I want and when they find a bug bite or a mark on my dog they let me know. The service is great and I am always pleased with everything! more

I always rave about Biscuit. It's simply the best dog store around! They employ friendly staff that really care for the dogs. You can tell they treat all the dogs like kings and queens.
