As usual, Dr.B and his friendly staff provide great service. My oral health has never been better. My only complaint when I come in is that I don't have enough time to read a magazine article all the way through while I'm in the waiting room before being called in, even if I arrive early. more

Always the Best of Care 7/13/2011

I have been a patient of Dr. Bischoff since moving to Arizona in 1989. The care I have received has always been outstanding and both Dr. Bischoff and his staff have always gone above and beyond the call of duty. I have not been an easy patient, but Dr. Bischoff has always shown the utmost care and concern and his staff are as best as they come. While I'm not as close to his office from his prior location, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. more

my wife and I have been going to Dr Biscoff for around 12 years, we really like the way him and the staff conduct his practice and care about us, if we had to relocate to another state; we would still come back here for our dental cleaning and services, they are the best! more

I consistently have found the Dental Care by Design staff to be very skilled, friendly, considerate, on time and always willing to answer my dental health questions. All of this takes place in aesthetic surroundings. You can tell they love what they do. I highly recommend them. more

Highly recommend Dr. Bischoff 6/29/2011

Everyone is very friendly and professional. I particularly like the fact that the doctor has a dental lab on site so, when I found that I needed a crown, he was able to take care of it that same visit. With my previous dentist, I would have had to reschedule, then they would have done just part of the work - leaving me with a temporary aluminum filling - followed by yet another appt when the permanent crown would finally be put in place. Being able to do it all in 1 visit was not only a great time saver, but also was good because I have severe jaw problems and all that time with my mouth open is very difficult on me. Also important to note...Dr. Bischoff doesn't use aluminum fillings at all. As I strongly believe they are detrimental to your health, that is important to me as well. more

Great Dentist/Great Office! 6/23/2011

Everyone in the office is super nice. Dr. Bischoff is great and he has the latest state-of-the-art equipment so visits are quicker and easier. He can do a crown in one visit!The hygenist and support staff are very gentle and kind. We've been to many dentists and are happy to have found one we can stick with. Even our 10 year-old doesn't mind going to the dentist now. Thanks everybody! more

Semi-Annual Check-Up 6/21/2011

This was a great check-up both from a physical standpoint and a customer service experience. Before coming to Dr. Bischoff in 1992, my check-ups were more like "carburetor" cleanings. You guys are the best on the planet, hands down! Keep up the great work, you too Kelly! more
