We were referred to Dr. Bird by our Pediatrician because my son has a wide gap between his front teeth. We have been going there for 1.5 years now (my son is almost 4). He LOVES going to the dentist because they make it so much fun and ensure it is a good experience for them. The hygenists are wonderful and make sure the kids are having fun while getting their teeth cleaned. Even for my little boy who can barely sit still for 2 minutes, they were able to clean, polish, and take x-rays without any complaints. I would recommend Dr. Bird to anyone looking for a great practice that is HIGHLY kid friendly and kid oriented. more

If you are looking for a professional yet friendly dental practice for your children, look no further! I do not have enough positive things to say regarding Dr. Suzanne Bird and her practice in Southeast Charlotte. All three of my children go to her, one of which just got braces this past fall. Dr. Bird's staff is thorough from the minute you check in until the minute you exit after service. They always keep me informed of exactly what work is being done to my children and always ask for permission if anything extra is required. My son is continually asking me when we can go back to have his teeth cleaned! Can you believe it? Things sure have changed since I was a kid! Expect the most modern technology here at Bird Pediatric Dentistry. If you want only top notch for your childrens' teeth, please give Bird a try. You AND YOUR CHILDREN will be so happy after leaving her bright and cheerful office environment. more

What a wonderful experience. Dr. Bird is so sweet and the office staff are super nice. Switched over from Laxer and Long and it was the best move I ever made. I speak with Dr. Bird every visit who explains everything that is needed or was done. She actually makes time for me!!! I can even go back there and watch my child if I want to. It is a very open and cozy feeling and they truly want the children and parents to feel comfortable! Laxer and Long is a complete madhouse and nightmare. LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Bird:) Pros: everything Cons: none more
