I've had a very bad experience with there service first they sold me a lemon with all kinds of problems from the get go went back to them several times to fix the many problems spent more money then the car is worth this last time I brought it there they said they fix my heating,oxi sensor and blinker so the carly would pass inspection paid nearly 400 .00 the first time took the car home had the same problems took it back had to pay another 100.00 for the oxi sensor they said they already fixed plue the blinker stopped working that same day said they put new one in turned out all I neede to do to the car for it to pass inspection was the blinker the car is a 98 so only neede to pass safety this new mechanic john lied to us about everything he did to the car and because of this supposed repair I now have to junk it cause whatever he did to the heating system cause the car to start to over heat and took to another mechanic said the engine is full of oil and antifreeze and not to drive it anymore. so my trust in biondis has been destoryed I can't trust them any more they took advatage of me won't even go there for gas. I always like jimmie but after this last experience will never trust or believe him again he should fire his new mechanic. :( more

It's sad that people are knocking this business for trying to stay profitable and earn a living and keep people employed. I would have to say in my personal experience with Jim Biondi on two occasions, that he has been candid and honest with me. Therefore, I cannot pass additional judgement with what he does with his property. more

Always professional, courteous, accommodating, and on schedule! The work is always done on time and the work is exceptional. Having had some bad experience before it's nice to find a good shop like this one. The guys at Biondi's are the best! more

Biondi's takes care of me from the gas service station to any auto problems I may have. They provide the old fashion TLC that's a rare thing these days. I recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service. more

My 1978 Trans Am shut down on my suddenly this summer in a bad spot out on Ropeland Street. Quincy Police sent Biondi's to tow the car and I went with them because I didn't have a regular mechanic. Jimmy was friendly and knew what was wrong with it almost immediately. He put in a new alternator and charged the battery for me, which was all I needed to get out on the road again. I still had plenty of time to enjoy the nice summer day. Jimmy trusted me like a family member and was very friendly. I highly recommend Biondi's Service Center. more

I was involved in an accident in my car about a year ago. The repair was over ten grand that my insurance company paid for. I just traded it in and the place I brought it to could not even tell it had been in an accident. more

This is a great family owned shop. When I had an accident, they were quick to send a tow truck and had a rental for me when I arrived. My car was back in under 2 weeks and I could not be happier! more

This is a convenient local body shop near the highway in Quincy. It is run by a father and son and they run it with their hearts. more
