The owners of Biondi, and their employees have always made me feel welcome in their store. My husband and myself have purchased many pieces of jewelry from Biondi. They have always met our needs immedialely, from new pieces to custom pieces. I would highly recommend them. I get so many compliments on the jewelry that we have purchased from them!! My wife and I have been customers of Biondi Jewelers for years and years. We have trusted Dennis with our most valued family pieces. He has redesigned bracelets, rings, and pendants for us. Every job was not only completed when promised, but we were always made part of the important decision making so that our satisfaction was guaranteed. Second Rate Strip Mall Jeweler 7/18/2009

I have to take my ring to a different jeweler to fix the mess they made of my wedding ring. The owner, Dennis, tried to blame me for their poor attention to detail and he never once apologized or even acknowledged that they did not do what they said they would do. This is a second rate strip mall jeweler. Take your treasures to a jeweler that values their customers and has actual skill. Cons: poor customer service and bad quatlity work more
