I'm a VIP member and always get great service no matter what treatment I'm receiving. The ladies are knowledgeable and never try to sell me anything that I can't afford or want. I usually go to Jeri and just love her. more

I have only posted when I am upset enough to do so. But I noticed some negative comments and I feel compelled to make a statement. I LOVE this medical spa. I first tried it 9 months ago after purchasing a Groupon. I have been to several spas throughout the Denver area and I feel BioAesthetics is truly a gem. The laser technicians are highly skilled and care about their clients and the services they provide. The treatments are individualized to the needs of the client and they are certainly results oriented. My Dermatologist commented on how much my skin tone and texture has improved. I have been going to this spa regularly for 9 months and the treatments are consistently great. Dr. Reef is usually present and available for questions and advice. The staff is very welcoming and I feel the treatments are well worth the price of the services. Their products are medical grade and pricing is competitive with other physician run medical spas. I highly recommend this Spa and I have even joined their membership club, which provides additional discounts on monthly services and products. I have recommended this facility to family and friends who have become repeat customers. more

The treatments I have received at BioAesthetics have been fantastic! The staff is so knowledgeable and professional and make me feel very comfortable at each of my treatments. The Laser Genesis treatment has made such a difference and I have seen a great improvement in the texture of my skin. I have received several injections of dermal fillers and Botox from Dr. Reed. Not only have they been painless but there was no bruising. The results are phenomenal but not obvious (just as I requested). I receive compliments on my new look almost daily. I am very pleased with BioAestheitics. I have also had a few laser treatments and the staff is knowledgeable and very skilled. I highly recommend this medical spa. more

Only place that i would go to for laser as a woman of color for resurfacing or hair removal . IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE\r more

Very knowledgable staff and treatments that have helped significantly with my hyperpigmentation from pregnancy and my adult acne. I have done laser genesis with epidermal leveling. Microdermabraisons tend to break me out and epidermal leveling does not at all.\r \r \r more

No more........ I also was a VIP member and had been for over a year but have canceled by membership. The staff has changed too much and you get shuffeled around without being notified so you're never sure whose going to do your treatment. But more importantly, the service is just adequate now, nothing special and your constantly being harassed to buy something or to give a tip. It's not worth it any longer even if you get a so called free facial each month for your $50 a month VIP fee. more

Nice try girls, but I've been a client for well over about 2 years as a VIP member and have canceled my membership. I know the client that Carole W. was referring to and she was also a VIP member. She was not rude, nor does she have bad behavior. As far as injections, I myself have also overheard wrong information being given out and question the qualifications of the injector now that the doctor no longer does the injections. I would ask to see a certification or something. I know that esthetician's are not trained to do injections. It has become apparent that the doctor no longer knows what is really going on in the spa and this so called med spa has turned into an everyday spa that attempts to make you feel good but no longer gives therapeutic results like they once did. As far as up grades, wow, someone is smoking something. The rooms are dirty and the spray they put on their face towels, eucalyptus I think, gives me a headache. All in all, I can no longer recommend this place, it's turned into a mini American Laser which is where the staff has come from so you can expect to be hard sold. more

WHAT A FANTASTIC FIND! I have never had such a thourough experience at a spa.....the staff is extremely friendly, their knowledge base is exceptional and I can't wait to return. They answered all my questions and made sure I had plenty of time to consult before my treatment. The treatment itself was wonderful, thorough and my skin looks great! more

Don't waste your money! My friend and I have been buying the Groupons for this place and it's gone way down hill. The treatments were nothing to get excited about and we were cut short on the time it took and getting am appointment was a hassle. I think their doing too many groupons and living socials. Maybe they need to do them to stay in business. more

I am so happy with this medi spa! I had some skin issues that were bothering me and since I have been going here, my skin issues have been completely resolved beyond my expectations. I have enjoyed working with Jeri and I just received my first injections from Heather and I love it! They are both very helpful, caring and truly genuine. Thank you all so much! more

What a wonderful spa experience! The staff at BioAesthetics if very friendly and knowledgable. There is something for every skin need here and I am so happy to be a VIP. I recently had a Radiesse filler and at NO TIME did the manager or anyone say it would last 3 years. I was given very educated and accurate information. CaroleW I have been going there for a long time and it is SO REFRESHING to see the upgrade changes in staff and the rooms. I believe I know your friend you speak of and I also believe that when a customer is politely asked not to return to a business it is because of rude and bad behavior on the customers part. The team at BioAesthetics warmly welcomes and treats everyone like a VIP. Perhaps you and you friend are just too self important for the rest of the world. more

It's been probably 3 or 4 months since I've been in this place and it has changed and not for the better. I absolutely do not recommend it. While I was waiting I over heard the manager tell a client that Radiesse would last for 3 years, which is an out and out lie and then when the client asked about some laser work and said she couldn't afford the cost she was told well just what can you afford and was sold something at that amount. I told my friend about this and she said she was going to write a review as well because she's a VIP and was treated poorly the last time she was in and was told in so many words we don't need your business so you can cancel your membership if you don't like it. more

I may not have a spa business but I do have a hair salon and before purchasing a Groupon or any other deal, I check City Search for comments and was amazed that I found a couple of negative comments that were almost exactly the same wording as what I have experienced on my own business's City Search comments. I couldn't resist, I purchased the Groupon and found that the positive comments were the same as my experience at this place. \r Interestingly enough, I asked to see licenses without telling why etc and was accomodated with not just a pleasant demeanor but was asked if there was anything else that could be provided to make me more comfortable before proceeding. \r After my wonderful treatment I told the manager of my experience with comments and found that the same thing had happened here.\r Within a couple of days after a free consultation a fax was received saying how there was a negative comment just posted and that for x number of dollars this company could protect them. This was exactly the same thing that happened to me. The manager finished by saying that as long as I was happy with the service I had received that was what mattered to her.\r Personally, I feel that any business that sends people out to purposely trash another business either through free consultations or through a discounted service like Groupon is pathetic and that says a lot about the kind of business they are.\r Meanwhile, I love what a simple MicroPeel did for my skin and even many days later it looks fabulous. So, read all the reviews and average them out. Chances are that will give you the real scoop on a business. more

What a pleasurable experience. My skin may not be in the best shape right now but I learned soooo much and feel like it will be well taken care of. I joined the VIP club and can hardly wait to see how I look in 6 months. Very knowledgeable and took the time to go over all possible avenues to get me where I want to go. No pressure and just delightful personnel. Highly recommend. more

Great values and I joined their VIP membership!\r The staff is knowledgeable and professional and I had a consultation that turned out to be with the manager and she was delightful and so full of information and tips that she freely gave away. I was so pleased to go to a place that didn't high pressure me to purchase anything and walked away with a glow to my skin that I haven't seen in years and confidence that I will be taken care of. more

I have spent $$$$ on ""relaxing"" facials and high end department store skin care. nothing had addressed my hyperpigmentation and acne. I could not go out without undereye and spot concealers every day. With the Melanage peel and genesis laser course I can go out with a naked face. I don't think years of creams and cleaners could have done this for me. Worth it, worth it, worth it. Life changing more

The manager is so rude - when I asked for her esthetician license and laser license she did not showed me any. Very scary place products are cheaper online than there. Same obagi very same one 80% cheaper on amazon or ebay. Well and if you want botox? Only certain days when the doc. is in. more
