I spent months looking for a new groomer for my Bichon Frise and Bichpoo. It seems not many groomers in this area know how to cut these breeds and the one place I liked ended up disappointing my husband and I with their rudeness after going their for over 3 years. We tried several places after that and we were always unhappy with how our dogs looked. For the amount of money we pay for them it got to the point where I was going to start cutting them myself and did on many occasions. In one of my many searches Bingos came up and I loved how the place looked, very contemporary and super cute, I also saw a Bichon in a photo which caught my eye ;) I decided to call on Saturday and was happy to hear they had an opening at 9 the next day for both of my dogs. The girl I spoke to was very nice and helpful and told us who our groomer would be. When we met Helen the groomer she asked me how I wanted them cut and said she was open to any concerns I may have about how she cut them ( since it was her first time with them) and to be sure to tell her what I didn't like. A few hours went by and my babies were ready I was so excited to see how they looked! Let's just say my husband and I were so happy they both looked sooo cute. Thank you Helen we finally can stop looking. It was important for me to leave this review because I had such a hard time finding a new place to bring my dogs. I always search for reviews and hope this will help others when looking for a groomer especially if their Foofy pups like mine ;) Thank you Bingos more

Bingo Pet Salon has great customer service. They all know who you are when you come in. They take really good care of my dog, and there have never been any issues like my dog getting cut the wrong way, getting injured, or anything like that. Also, they call me as soon as she's done. They are really close to where I live, and they're open on Sundays! Most places aren't open on Sundays, so that's really awesome. more
