The first time was rough. I got there late and only got to play 2 hrs. because of a mix up.- I was frustrated but part of it was my own fault-and I never got warmed up which made me frustrated. - I think it's easy for lower level players to get frustrated because of their own play- and expectation- I put myself in that category as well. Penny made it up to me the next time though with lower cost - and since she knows me now she can better cater to me playing with my buddies who show up as well. Until you get used to the set up and until Penny can gauge your skill level you might out of your comfort zone. You'll might get some ""Different"" types of play and games for sure. I've played solid 3.5 players and had very competitive matches with hard hitting. I've had matches with older players that play like backboards with no pace.- Still an awesome match-just a different style and you have to make the adjustment. It's also good to show up with some friends - but I've definitely made some new ones. Pros: Good Competition, Courts and People Cons: Lighting is a little low, 1 hr break more

I completely disagree with kyh0711. Penny's tennis parties at the Binghamton or other locations are always fun with good tennis. She works hard to see that everyone has a good time and matches players of similar abilities. She also tries to accommodate player requests as much as possible. On any given night at any of the locations Penny hosts, you find a variety of ""regular"" and then some new faces, all enjoying themselves. Regarding putting better players on better viewing courts - well, those of us sitting out for an hour enjoy watching the better matches easily. Yes, there is a bump on one court at the Binghamton, and I've played on that court numerous times, but I have never had an issue with the bump. So sad that kyh0711 comments on being with ""bad players"" - obviously, he/she feels their playing level is higher. Since Penny monitors matches of all players for playing level to ensure good matches - perhaps kyh0711 needs to re-evaluate his/her own assessment of his/her playing level. Pros: Good Tennis more

Penny Jung the organizer is seriously deranged. She does not know how to arrange tennis games and she has zero people skills. There are a few ""chosen"" male players that she will always showcase in the center courts (so forget about ever playing on those courts). She has a habit of romanticizing about these men during game time as she gets tipsy on alcohol: ""look at those strong tennis arms..."" Her behavior is ridiculous and deranged. You'll be playing the same exact people over and over again. unless you're on her favs list, you'll be stuck on a bumpy court time and time again. This gig gets real old real fast. You may think it a deal to play tennis for 4 hours at $10/hour. But if you're stuck on a bumpy court with the same bad players, that 4 hours of your life you'll never get back. I have been to this club maybe five times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the lady with blonde hair was at the desk and I cannot believe how rude she is... First I thought she must own the place or related to the owner because she has horrendous attitude... I mean I am paying for the court and why is this stupid lady rude to ME???? From desk woman is extremely rude, disinterestedly unhelpful and downright surly! Is she related to someone and is that why she still works there? Pros: good instructors, nice courts and facility Cons: rude woman at the front desk; high prices; lack of service more
