The guys at Bimmers-R-US are not only at the top of their game mechanically, but they are also a pleasure to deal with personally. They have taken over as my go to location to take care of my E34. From porter to owner, I had an experience that made me feel good about the price point of the parts, the quality of the work, the precision and accuracy of the time they billed me for, and their customer service and attention to detail. extremely pleased 10/22/2010

Best customer service I've seen anywhere. They went out of their way to repair my car, and when things didn't go well, for reasons out of anyone's control, they covered follow up repairs on their own dime. Very friendly and reliable, I wish all car repair places were this reasonable. Definitely recommend to everyone! Also, I checked the price of the part I needed with several other places, and Bimmer's quoted me the lowest price. Labor was less expensive than the dealers, for sure. more

my 2 cents 2/22/2010

I got the wrong part from them, went in told em about it. They started to tell me i'm not going to replace this it's an electrical part. I explained to them you gave me the wrong part i didn't install it nor will it install. Then a man spoke up (owner i'm assuming) and stated that if we got you the wrong part we will replace it. I starting talking with this man and he not only got me the right part he didn't make me pay for the difference of the two parts (one i needed being more expensive) THANK GOD FOR THAT MAN!! A++ on his part! more
