Everything was beautiful. The service was not. The cook was one and a half hours late and when we got our meal it was raw. It was suppose to be cook med.rare. Some of the silverware was dirty. It was open bar wedding and in the beginning the bar tender was charging. more

Best Hotel Around 2/13/2006

This hotel is outstanding- they have completely remodeled everything & the servce is amazing too. The flat screen TV's are cool, the granite countertops, the comfortable beds are all great, but the beach is so wide open and beatiful too. We love it so much & want to tell eveyone to go visit. It well worth it- no wonder they call it Treasure Island. While we were the we found out they are converting it ti a condo-hotel which is even better! We can actullay BUY a unit, let them rent it out, & they will send us a check!! WOW! Pros: Great Beach, Awesome Rooms, Nice Staff Cons: None more

Always stay here 11/5/2005

I always stay here when I'm in Treasure Island. Nice hotel with two swimming pools, restaurant, cafe, studio rooms, rooms, with balconies, even a penthouse suite. Nice comfortable rooms. Located on the most beautiful stretch of white sandy beach that there is. more

SO MANY OF THE HIGH DOLLAR INCLUSIVE RESORTS LOST ALL OF THE TRUE FLORIDA VACATION EXPERIENCES. THE BILMAR HAD GREAT VIEWS FROM THE ROOMS AND OFFERED ENTERTAINMENT AND RESTAURANT. THE VALUE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. GREAT LOCATION ..WALKING DISTANCE TO ANYTHING YOU COULD REALLY NEED FOR THE OLD FASHIONED BEACH VACATION more
