Bill's Quality Auto Care

I have been a customer of Bills Quality Care for serveral years. Bill and his technicians have taken care of at least six of my vehicles and I have referred him to countless friends. Bette Midler once said "People are not the best because they work har. They work hard because they are the best." And Bill and his employees are the best! They work extremely hard to make customers feel comfortable and safe. They address your needs and concerns in a exceptional manner and provide outstanding customer service. Their professional buisness practices and exceptional employees are second to none. Ill be right up front; I dont know ANYTHING about cars and why or how they work. With many automotive repairs shops, that could make me an excellent target to take advatage of. I feel exactly the opposite at Bills. His staff takes the time to explain whats wrong. What my options are and whats involved in the repairs. For the first time in my life I feel like I can deal with a mechanic myself. With that confidence and relief, I wouldnt go anywhere else...ever. I used to carry my husbands number in my wallet in case I broke down, now I carry Bills card I have had to use it a few times and am very appreciative of the response I recieved. I needed to get a smog check and wasnt sure where to go, I was able to find Bills online and Im extremely glad I did. The staff there was great, Alex greeted me when I walked in and got all of my information even though I didnt bring in the right paper work. I told him I was going to grab a bite to eat while they did the smog and he even recommended a place for me to try out. The smog was complete exactly when Alex sat it would be and he called me on my cell phone to let me know when they were finished. Upon my return to pick up my truck I was helped out by another extremely friendly gentlemen certainly do a wonderful job of making the customer feel welcomed. Ive not dealt with many wuto shops who have exhibited this type of customer service, the hershey bar and be coming back to Bills. thanks, Mitch more

The guys at Bills Quality Auto Care are the best. I made the mistake of taking my car to another shop first. After they had the car for 2 weeks and told me it was going to cost over $1400.00, I decided to hunt for a second opinion. The local AAA office recommended Bills Quality and they got me right it. I was greeted with friendly smiles and a feeling of great confidence that my car would be taken care of. Within a day they determined where the problem was and repaired it for less than a quarter of the cost of the other shop. Bob even called me back a couple of days later to make sure everything was OK. I will be a lifelong customer of Bills Quality Auto Care!! Great service and very skilled technicians!! more
