I have been a customer of Bills Quality Care for serveral years. Bill and his technicians have taken care of at least six of my vehicles and I have referred him to countless friends. Bette Midler once said "People are not the best because they work har. They work hard because they are the best." And Bill and his employees are the best! They work extremely hard to make customers feel comfortable and safe. They address your needs and concerns in a exceptional manner and provide outstanding customer service. Their professional buisness practices and exceptional employees are second to none. Ill be right up front; I dont know ANYTHING about cars and why or how they work. With many automotive repairs shops, that could make me an excellent target to take advatage of. I feel exactly the opposite at Bills. His staff takes the time to explain whats wrong. What my options are and whats involved in the repairs. For the first time in my life I feel like I can deal with a mechanic myself. With that confidence and relief, I wouldnt go anywhere else...ever. I used to carry my husbands number in my wallet in case I broke down, now I carry Bills card I have had to use it a few times and am very appreciative of the response I recieved.
