Avoid this place!!I was a long time customer, over 10 years, will NEVER return, this place has changed! Took my Expedition to check a leak, got an estimate from Alex over phone for $2900 along with very high pressure sales job. Told him wanted to think about, dropped the price to $2500, more pressure, told him would talk to him next day, needed time to think about it. Called me again the next morning, now he could do job kind of half way for $1300, more pressure, we decided wanted to get 2nd opinion. Arranged fior AAA tow but when driver arrived Alex would not release car. He called me again, very angry, where are you taking car, why, don't you trust me, etc? He would not release car, so AAA guy left, I had to reschedule AAA again. I tried to pay him over the phone for the estimate even though I have been customer for years and have paid by phone before. paid over phone with credit card, he would not accept payment by phone. Made me come in to pay and laughed as he told me AAA guy just left, Got estimate from Ford dealer for $1300 for same job, getting fixed there. Asked to talk to Bill, the owner several times, never got a call back. I will not be returning here. more

A number of times now I've brought my cadillac to Bill's for all solutions. I originally went to the dealer in T.O. But was not treated with professional service. Bill's Quality Auto Care has been very fair honest and has done excellent service to my Auto. I would highly recommend this company to all-I have to all my friends & associates. Bill's Quality provides the absolute best service for automotive repair I have found. They are very thorough with their inspections including using my history to find out what was already done. They offer AAA discounts and a shuttle service - both of which I take complete advantage. Great people and excellent follow up to make sure my car is in tip top shape.
