Bill's Key Shop

I called a number listed on Google as billskeyshop and it was another business who would not tell me who they were except for saying LOCKSMITH, very rude. I did look up Bills Key Shop in Madison, WI in the phone book and got connected to the right business on University Avenue. Bills opened my safe and then got me a key after 2 businesses said it could not be done! Since then I have taken all my business to Bills including my AAA card when I locked my keys in my car. I am very satisfied. more

Used this business many times, good service at good prices. Another local shop has recently purchased the website IP (billskeyshop.com, billskey and lock.com, ect.)and forwards to another site NOT affliated with Bills Key Shop in Madison, WI. They have been charged with crimes by the WI State Atty General and go by at least 3 different names on the web. Bills Key Shop madison, WI has been in business since 1947.(www.billskeyshop.biz is the correct website address or billskeyshopmadison.com). Highly recommended! Bad review here was one of the reviews I do not believe and may be part of the charges against Madison Locksmith by the State of WI. I have known the REAL Bill's key shop employees for many years and they would never cheat or steal. I hired this company late one evening. Two scruffy looking older men showed up in a van. Admittedly, it was a bit intimidating. In my car there was a ittle bit of cash, maybe about $8 and some change, which was missing after the men were finished. The worst part is that there was a little kid in the van! It was too late for a such a youngster to be awake. It took everything in me not to say something. Thinking about filing a complaint. more
