Bill's Damaged the windshield of our car today. They say that because they have a sign posted they arent liable. They are not doing anything proactive to stop this from happening just have a sign posted to skip on liability. Lets see if they make this right. I have written the District manager, since this is the second car of mine that they damaged. more

Money & Time Waste 8/5/2009

On 07/25/2009 We did complete interion detailing of our car on recommendation with attendant at Bill's car wash at Fern Park for 96 $.He gave wrong information about time required & type of service they will provide.They told us to wait for 1& 1/2 hour but in reality they made us to wait for 4 hours!!! Even After waiting for 4 hours,our car was not properly cleaned ! After going home we have to come back immediately to show them their deficiencies! Pros: Nothing Cons: You will get frustration more
