Their integrity, frank and honest communication about the car's problem, the service writer's patience and listening carefully skills are outstanding. When discussing the car's problem or checkup need, they present all options clearly so I can make the best decision for my time and cost resources. The mechanics are highly skilled and thorough with excellent trouble shooting skills. Prices are fair, though not the cheapest, but worth every penny. They get it right the first time and stand behind their work.\r
Even after moving to a city 30 miles away, we take the car to Bill's for 90% of its work. Highly recommend this shop.
