Very Happy 12/15/2014

Found the water pump going out after a quick stop in at Bills found it ok to drive till the next day when I scheduled an appointment to have it replaced. The job was done quickly and competently. I was about to call with addition maintenance that could be done while we were doing this much labor any way and before I could call Bill's had called me with the same idea and suggestions that my only extra cost on the list of maintenance I was thinking about would be part cost. I had the woke done in the same short time frame (half a day) and I am Very Happy. Everyone I have sent to Bills has let me know how happy they have been with the service work. Norman Wallace more

Overpriced..I am glad the part wasn't in stock!! 9/5/2014

I had 4 new tires put on my Volvo at Discount Tire and I was directed to Bill's Auto Clinic for an alignment! Once there, I was told that my right outer tie rod was bad and the vehicle couldn't be aligned until that was fixed! They quoted me a price of $254 (including a 10% discount) to replace the part and align my vehicle. I left and called Advance Auto to check the price of the part...an outrageous $18.99! I took my vehicle to a service center in Mount Airy and had the part replaced and a 4 wheel alignment for a grand total of $88! This joint will rip you off!!! more
