The WORST customer service ever. That pretty much sums it up in a sentence. They came to my home to service my refrigerator and Diagnosed it to be running at a high temp and it needed a Main board and a condenser fan motor. They stated that the fan was back ordered and it would be about a week. I found one on amazon and had it there the next day. No harm no foul. They installed both and said I was all set. So because I had to throw all of the groceries away previously I went out and restocked the fridge to the tune of $276.00 plus the repair of $330.00. The NEXT night, my fridge was at 67 degrees again. All of the newly bought grocieres were sitting in warm temps all day. Again had to throw everything away and called Bills Appliance and left a message nicely stating my concern with the repair. They Never called me back the next day so I called them and the answer I got was...""oh yeah I kind of remember getting a message but couldn't here who it was..."" So they sent a tech out (the day after that) to look at the fridge. I was not home my brother was. I never got a call that day so I called around 4:30 pm and they had not heard from the tech yet so I had to wait another day just to get an answer. I called again the next morning because they NEVER call back when they have to fix they're mistakes, and I politely asked if they were going to fix it since it had been almost two weeks since I had a fridge. They told me that it needed an evaporate fan motor and it would take 3 days to get it. (I could have had amazon overnight it for less money if I had known the day before.) So I asked what they were going to do to help me out...and with no assistance I received a dial tone from the other end of the phone. I then called a gentleman who didn't want to get involved but told nme what to look for to make sure I needed an evaporator fan motor. I took my own fridge apart and found that the evaporator fan motor was doing 2345783405 miles an hour and did not need replacing, however the condenser was covered in Ice. So I defrosted it with a hair dryer and put everything back together and problem solved...
Basically, I HAD TO FIX THE FRIDGE MYSELF. OR SPEND HUNDREDS ON GROCERIES AND REPAIRS TO STILL HAVE A BROKEN APPLIANCE.
WORST HELP EVER. and EXTREMELY rude.
