Yes you are very right Jenero. I want all of you people to read my experience from the supposedly family owned and family ran Billiards Depot employees and by the owner in charge Scott ********. I first went into the Billiards Depot location that was in Fontana off the 15 freeway in 2004.I purchased a pulltable package with Billiards Depots Lifetime Warranty . After having my pooltable that was hardly used,I talked to Owner of Billiards Depot Scott ******** who said he was sending a Billiards Depot employee overto my home with no charge out of my pocket due to my lifetime warranty to tighten up my pooltable. The Billiards Depot repair employee arrived and started the tightening and was not even at my home no more then five minutes and also did'nt speak very good english. I then spoke to Billiards Depot owner Scott ********* and explained the repair guy did a half fast job and that my pulltable still had movement side to side.Scott ******** refused to send another repair person to my home and to go by Billiards Depots Lifetime Warranty to fix the first repair employees half fast job that was not completed. So,it came down to making a complaint on Billiards Depot and owner Scott ********* . I sent my copies of my Lifetime Warranty and purchase from Billiards Depot and gave my verbal complaint over the telephone. The Better Business Bureau of California heard Billiards Depot and owner Scott ******** side of the story. Guess who won? Me, the customer. My complaint will be on public record through the B.B.B against Billiards Depot for other people to read on the B.B.B.ca.gov website. Also I had a dear friend of mine serve small claims court paperwork against Billiards Depot and owner Scott ********. The owner of Billiards Depot Scott ******** arrived at the Fontana ,Ca court house.I know this Scott ******** is not a honest professional business man because he arrived to the court house and courtroom in shorts, tennis shoes, and a briefcase. The judge even embarassed Billiards Depot owner Scott ******** about the way he was dressed for court. The judge then looked through my photos of my pooltable and other paperwork showing my purchase and lifetime warranty from Billiards Depot .The defendant Billiards Depot owner Scott ********* gave his side of weak excuses. The judge then came to a decision where he found me the customer in favor and odered Billiards Depot owner Scott ******** to pay me my $245.00 in my award. Billiards Depot owner Scott ******** was'nt happy with the judges decision due to Scotts weak defense. That will show Billiards Depot not to rip off a customer like me.So you people out there , I know I was'nt the only unsatisfied customer of Billiards Depot. So,stand up for yourself and make those complaints. I seem to be the only Brave unsatisfied customer to take legal steps against Billiards Depot and owner Scott *********.
