My experience was amazing there. From the moment i walked in i felt welcomed. It was my first time there and it wont be the last. The staff there are so kind even when i had a small problem with my drink, they approached the situation great. The prices there are pretty fair considering the location and the size of the place. It was like kinda being in the city but with the comfort of a queens environment. The manager there was very patient with me cause i took too long to pay. Last but not least, the music was incredible. They have DJ and everything and he played all the music i requested. The music was a great mix of things, even tho some was not to my liking lol. P.S. The best bar and lounge in queens. The got promos every day of the week , a dj on friday and saturday , the latest videos on 11 tvs. Great pool tabels , nice crawd. Nice chill spot open till late almast 5 in the morning , my kinda place... Pros: drinks,food and staff more

Been going to BC since before new management took over and was worried about what would happen once it did change. Am pleased to say that all changes have been for the better! No doubt it separates the boys from the men. The decor is sexier and edgier and definitely a cool place to take a date or just chill with friends. Nice dim lighting. It's like being in Manhattan without ever leaving queens. The crowd is mixed, the music is great, and the service is awesome!!!!! It gets SUPER HOT on the weekends and it's great for an intimate gathering or romantic date during the week. FAVORITE SPOT IN QUEENS!!! Pros: Great atmosphere and crowd more

Avoid at every cost. They did change ownership and yes it has gone downhill. All the comments from 2006 and older are describing the old BC which used to be good so theyre no longer relevant. NOW The place is being managed by kids- literally 18 years old. They constantly play the same music dvd on a repeat and the prices are outrageous, this isnt even manhattan. Of all the bars and bars/restaurants on austin street, this ranks at rock bottom. To top it all off, the worst customer service. The girls are really ugly and so rude. I used to hate Play on queens blvd for that reason, but now I rather go to there now. Its not a crowd or place I enjoy anymore and seriously.. you wont fun. This pool hall/ bar use to be a cool hang out, but now they've changed owners, management, servers, food, and drink prices. The only plus is they have renovated the look by adding more lounging area (couches) and plasma TVs, but they forgot about the pool tables. The felt on the tables are all torn up. They use to have Ladies night on Thursday that included free drinks, which is no longer free. The drinks are $5 between 10- midnight. Drink prices are becoming ridiculous, Grey Goose is $10, and its not even located in the city. I suggest if you plan on going to Forest Hills, you might as well go to Bartini's. Oh and their 10 cents buffalo wings are 25 cents now and its not even worth it since it looks like you are eating pigeon legs or wings. Tropix on Queens Blvd. sells it for the same price but much bigger, taste better, and has sauce variety to choose from. Servers and bartenders aren't experienced needs better help. They also have these repetitive music videos playing in a 2 hour rotation which needs to stop, worse than listening to z100. Hope you don't make a mistake wasting your time in a wanna be pretentious bar in Queens, you might as well go to the city. Very hip place to hang out in! Gets packed on weekends and still has great service. As far as I know it changed owners and became so much better. The atmosphere is mellow and chilled. They play music videos on 10 plazma TV's and also run games from time to time. Not really expensive for the type of a place it is. Strongly recommend! i love this place- me and my friends come here all the time and we always have a blast- the vibe is very chill and it feels like a city lounge although its in queens- the drinks are kind of pricey but worth it considering its one of the few ""non-cheesy"" bars in queens- and the crowd is very good looking which is another plus. If you go, make sure to try the Key Lime Martini- its delicious! Pros: Great Location, Mellow vibe Cons: No parking more

I didn't like this place! The staff was cold unapproachable, spent more time talking among themselves! It was expensive! I spent less in the City then i did here, fat cats and broadway billiards, much better bang for your buck! this place sucks! more
