Have used Bill Smith Plumbing for a couple of projects over last 5 years. This time was to replace our hot water heater. The plumbers are always timely, professional, and friendly. The job as usual was done well and correctly the first time. We paid our bill and got a call the next day that we had been overcharged accidentally. We never would have known but now 4 days later, a refund check arrived. AWESOME customer service. more

Use this plumber 12/29/2010

Been using Bill Smith for years but this time had to take a minute to write a review. This is what customer service is all about. they consistently send qualified, friendly and cost conscious plumbers to our home to attend to our needs. This is the way all plumbing companies should be. Try them out. more
