I'm actually trying to buy a new Hyundai,and i thought this would be the dealership to buy it from,but when i saw the review i changed my mind.i would rather go to west palm beach and buy it there.This area in Miami is well known for the lack of customer service.They think they're doing you a favor when you walk into their locations.They don't apprecciate your business.That's i'm not bying at bill seidle hyundai.they have to learn to be ethical and more professional.When someone else read this review,i'm sure he'll know where to go for a car,obviously not here more

better off going somewhere else 10/15/2005

Normally when you walk into a dealership, there is someone that approaches you to answer questions and to assist you in any way you need. Well not here. Their sales staff took a lot longer than expected. Before showing up, we called for a price. Once they got us in the door, the price was significantly higher. They even tried selling us a car that they didn't have in stock! more
