I am from out of town so when I saw a truck for sale on autotrader in Seattle I decided to pursue it wit two telephone calls which ended with the salesman getting info on the specific truck but never contacting me again. After this happened twice I deicded to try the online service. more

This is the worst place for car repair, I took my car in for a minor repair last week and all was well then the next day had to take it back because they didn?t fix it right. The second day the mechanic came out to talk to me and you could he was high as a kite, scabs on his face and all? no wonder they didn??t get it right the first time. Tweakers and car repair don?t mix. the service manager was nice and made things right for me. more

Bill Pierre Chevrolet is a great place to shop because they have an extremely well-trained and knowledgeable sales staff. I also like how informative their website is and even has an online sales department for getting information expeditiously for doing preliminary research. And, best of all, many of their products are well below MSRP. Pros: Great sales staff Cons: none more

I didn't think this was actually true, but I checked with them and they will finance your vehicle and help you with payments if you can prove you've involuntarily lost your job within certain terms. Not only that, but Pierre also still puts their generous rebates on top of that... you're definitely covered here! more

I've noticed many of the reviews of Pierre auto center ( ford and dodge) are either one or five stars. I strongly feel that is attributed to the salesperson you get when you walk in the door. Don't take any chances, ask for the best; Chris Berg. I came in with VERY specific parameters on the new chevy truck that I wanted ( diesel, ext cab, long bed, four wheel drive, etc), and Chris cut right to the chase to find my truck at the best possible price. He listened to what I wanted rather than try to tell me whats best for me like some salespeople. He knew he didn't have the truck I wanted on the lot but he found one for me and brought it in all the way from a dealer in eastern washington. You will be pleasantly surprised by Chris' honesty and straight forwardness about doing what is best for the customer. We didn't have to dance around the MSRP of the truck to negotiate a price, Chris just told me the best price he could sell it for and I knew it was good due to my research ahead of time. His price was well below MSRP for this particular truck. I do and will continue to recommend Pierre Chevrolet and the extraordinary salesman, Chris Berg to my friends and family. Pros: Chris Berg will give you the best price. Cons: No diesel trucks on the lot when I was there. more

I have nothing but good things to say about Bill Pierre Auto Centers (Pierre Ford, Pierre Chevrolet and Pierre Money Mart). They're absolutely the best places to buy new and used cars in greater Seattle because they advertise exactly what their prices, discounts and financing options are, their sales staff consist only of experienced, PROFESSIONAL salespeople who have been selling cars for years, and their financing is a steal compared to the many other places I've been to. If you're going to buy a new or used vehicle, make sure you take a look at their attractive financing offers and discounts in the numerous ads they place every week, and then stop by one of their many locations. Lake City seems to be the hub of everything, and it's where the most cars are sold. You won't be disappointed. I sure wasn't! more

We bought a used vehicle here and they were so friendly and didn't badger us to make the deal they wanted. They actually gave us a great deal and we couldn't be happier. The store was clean and the lot neat. more
