Bill Montross Heating and Air is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It took the company four days over a ten day period in install a new air conditioning unit. They did not show up when they said they would, and never called to inform me. The install job was of poor quality, and I had to get another contractor to bring the installation up to code. Worst of all, Bill Montross Heating and Air took my $400 NJ energy credit and cashed it themselves. The company has refused to reimburse me. I am currently dealing with the BBB and Division of Consumer Affairs to get my energy tax credit back.
