This man is very lazy. I overheard him making fun of a customer while making a payment.

Ripoff 9/15/2016

Our daughter has been insured with ALLSTATE SINCE HER HOME WAS BUILT 8 YEARS AGO... She has repeated issues with getting storm damage fixed on her roof. There have been 6 -8 adjustors on her roof during the past 8 years. Minor issues were improved. Recently Allstate sent her a letter stating she had to replace the roof for them to continue coverage. Allstate has refused to pay for a roof replacement. Today, 9-15-2016 another adjustor came out and stated that the "roof was improperly installed" & therefore Allstate is refusing to help with the roof. They have insured the roof since it's inception. The house passed all housing inspections prior to purchase.. None of the other adjustors ever, mentioned improper installation as an issue....... more
