1) treated poorly by the "leasing specialist". For one - after almost three hours at his desk the sales manager actually comes over and tells us the options that we want on the new Sorrento are not even available yet! Also, we were trading in a 2008 Sorrento and we wanted money back in our pockets for the car - they said no one does that........which is a outright lie and every time he would come back with a number it rolled the entire value of the trade in into the lease - Wouldn't even listen to us.
2) the same Sorrento that we were considering trading in has only 70K miles on it - second time in the shop for engine oil leaks. Took it to a local place when it died on the road. Long story short the leaky engine cause the alternator and battery to die - so took it back to Kia for the leaky engine work. Asked to be reimbursed for the expense of the repair cause by the faulty engine - and got a big no way, won't do it. They really stand behind their vehicles.
I will never buy another Kia or recommend this dealership to anyone!
