Bikram Yoga in Fremont offers yoga classes in hot and humid environment. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of studios. I really like that the studio offer multiple packages either to take just one class, one month, 3 months and offer multiple payment options. They have many friendly teachers to teach Bikram yoga. This form of yoga is done in hot and humid environment which helps to reduce stress and provide nice workout at the same time. I feel that $15.00 for a single class which the studio offers is a bit expensive though. more

I was very impressed with Bikram Yoga. The room is heated to 100 to 101 degrees and that's what makes it worth your money. The instructors are awesome and will guide you through it if you are a first timer. 90 minutes of total intense yoga and came out of that room drenched in sweat, and it feels good!!! My first experience at Bikram had a big impact on me. I drove home and completely layed out on my couch and didn't move for an hour. Every muscle in my body was sore. As i continued to go to Bikram once a week, my stamina and health dramatically increased within weeks. I was very proud of myself for taking that step to a better health, and i don't regret it at all. Unfortunately, I had to stop going to Bikram for awhile because it was costing me a lot.
