Good people, good work 12/13/2010

Took my bike (BMC, dura-ace & FSA set up) to local "big name" outdoor shop to service my bike and got it back with more issues than I took it to them with. Went to B4L to see if they could fix and am VERY happy with the work that was done. Owner pointed out issues that the other "trained" tech missed...20+ years in the business can't be replaced by a 2 week training class!! Will go to B4L from now on...well worth the price when in need of expertise! more

Your average shop 8/18/2005

I wasn't that impressed with this shop to be honest. even though the next closest shop was about 20 minutes away, I'd rather go there if I had any time to plan my purchase. This shop is good for quick repairs, or last minute tube purchases, however, I would never buy an actual bike there, or get my bike serviced heavily. They are pricey, and the guy who owns the shop gets moody sometimes - not something I wnat to deal with! more

Good selection, great customer service 8/18/2005

Bikes for Life is a popular bike shop within Antioch located right off the freeway. My friends who are really into cycling love to stop in and pick up whatever they may need. The selection is great. The customer service has always been great. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, willing to help you out with whatever you may need. Stop by Bikes for Life is you need anything to do with cycling! more
