We are lucky to have a lot of choices for bikes shops on the Westside. This once great shop has fallen hard from grace and is now staffed by obnoxious, surly, unprofessional losers.\r

Called the Santa Monica store recently, asked if I could please speak to the owner or a manager regarding an ongoing problem with a defective part. I also wanted to get some quantity pricing info on an item for our team of 20 riders.\r

The woman who answered the phone replied "You talk to me." \r
I replied: "Oh, hi, are you a manager or one of the owners?" \r
Woman at Bike Attack: "You talk to me." \r
I reply: "Ummm, okay, ummmm, what's you name? Are you a manager?" \r
Her reply: " YOU tell me who YOU are and you talk to ME." \r
My Reply: "Wow. I'm guessing you are not a manger, shall I call back later?"\r

The skank then hung-up the phone.\r
