I decided to buy a mother's ring from CDC based on the great reviews I read. The ring was a Christmas gift for my wife from our daughters. The web site said it was to ship and be here in plenty of time for Christmas. Then I got another email saying that it would not ship until the 26th. Of course I found this upsetting! I wrote to Eli to express my displeasure after reading so many good things about their customer service. I really didn't expect anything more than a apology. \r \r What I got was an upgraded ring, which is absolutely beautiful, straight from the store and shipped overnight at their expense! All in time for my girls to give it to their Mom on Christmas morning! I would give them 6 stars if I could. Great service, caring owners and quality work! more

Please note Eli should be the only person at this facility to meet. If he is not in come back when he is available in person. His wife Eva is rude, abrupt, and unfriendly. This group upset my wife so much she will never step foot in there again. We have been consistent customers for over 2 years. We visit every 5-6 months. I am very disappointed that we have a problem and were treated as poorly as we were. Eli had to step in and address the issue. I am disappointed I selected this group to make such a sizable purchase. more
