had backups in both bathtubs,and all toilets 3 in all,mess flowing over in the yard,mr.biggs came out told me how much the bill would be,i just about danced for joy when he told me it would be 275 dollars i was expecting thousands,he left a little sludge in the bottom of my tank told me to add this bottle of juice to the tank,sun came out dried up my yard,no more back ups no more mess,mr biggs i cant thank you enough. Pros: very professional Cons: not enough people like him more

Just had my septic tank pumped out to fix backed up toilets. I asked to see the tank before he started to pump it and he just started to pump anyway. Said there was not much sludge in the tank and he left about 6"" in the bottom! He removed the blockage in the main sewer line after pumping the tank so it was not related to the tank being pumped. Finally, one tub was stil not working and he told me to fix it myself. I feel like I was bilked for the $245 for the pumping and now still have to call a plumber to fix the rest of what was wrong in the first place. Cons: did not fix problem but charged $295 more
