Big Top Playland

To Lilone421: if all the games were broken, how did your kids get the tickets? I've been to this arcade a number of times with my boys and they've had a ball. I think the prices are GREAT considering what you have to pay at some arcades. more

This morning I went with my family to Big Top and the employee was happy to see us and greeted the kids, my husband and I. The place was very clean, and the atmosphere was amazing. I especially liked the birthday room in the back. It's a great place for the kids. Though I had some issues with the games, the employee on duty was very prompt on getting to the solution and took the time to explain what exactly went wrong and gave me back my token. My youngest, 3, loved the train ride and the fire truck. My oldest 6 loved ""Big Bertha"" and when it came to picking out the prizes, the same employee took time to find out what my children liked and helped them decide on what to choose. Big top playland is one of the best places i have gone as a family in some time ,very clean super friendly staff ready and waiting tp help you .and i cant wait to use THAT NEW BIRTHDAY ROOM! WAY COOL! SEE YOU SOON! Pros: AWESOME! more

None of the games here worked. I spent about $25. When I went to cash in my kids tickets, I had to wait several minutes, while the owner had a conversation with 2 women. She finally gave me the bucket to put my tickets in, she put them on the scale and continued talking. Finally I said ""how many tickets were there?"" She said ""a little impatient are we?!?!"" I said ""wow, that was rude, yes I am. I shouldn't have to wait while you talk."" She said ""That's part of my job, if you don't like it go somewhere else!"" I said ""fine!"" She said ""do you want a credit then!?"" I said ""yes"" she said ""if your not coming back, why do you want a credit!?"" Not only did I have to deal with several broken games, but a rude person when my kids wanted their ""prizes"". Cons: nothing works, rude employees more
