I had always wanted to convert a large island in my kitchen to make part of it into a bar while leaving the other half at counter height. After seeing the fantastic work that New Creations did on a friend's bathroom re-model, I contacted Raffy for a bid and eventually decided to go with them for the project. Ian did a great job managing every detail of the project, and their carpenter did an absolutely fantastic job with the cabinet work. Ian ran all around town finding tile to match the slate that was already down in my kitchen, and they were also able to find a great match for my granite counter tops. The completed job looks exactly the way I had envisioned it; New Creations did a great job every step of the way. I highly recommend them. more

The project went very well. was flexible when we wanted to add small tasks to the contract and the total cost of the project came in just about right at what had been bid. We appreciated the fact that the project manager kept in touch with us by email with what to expect for each week and was available by email when we had questions. The workers were all pleasant and professional. We are very happy with how the room turned out. While we were a bit surprised at first, we actually appreciated the fact that presented their bid in person, face to face, rather than just by mail. This meeting increased our understanding and confidence in the process. We only got two bids, but they were quite similar and the job was pretty straightforward so we did not expect huge differences. We liked the fact that the bid included "allowances" for the fireplace insert and the carpet. We were able to go to each of the places recommended and pick out what worked best for us. Since this was a fairly small job we thought we might be lost in the shuffle or go to the back burner when necessary, but this did not seem to be the case at all. We got all the attention we needed. This was a very successful project for us! more

Ian was amazing! As a first time home owner, I simply wanted my kitchen floor tiled. After hearing Raffy's ideas and seeing different design possibilities, I also had him tile my back splash. Then he added under cabinet lighting which completely transformed the look and feel of my whole kitchen! I was amazed at the final outcome and was so grateful he took the time to go over the ideas he had. The price was affordable and he broke it down to payments for me. The quality of the materials is the best on the market and he helped me go green. I would highly recommend them to others. They always have good specials. I got my 3 door fridge for free. more
