Good product, good installation and good service at a good price. The tents were up for over 6 months through wind storms, and snow storms and held up with just minor adjustments...

Worst

As the State of Illinois was closing down due to COVID-19, David had COVID tent installed immediately. We were very pleased with his service.

Great place and people to work with 6/10/2018

My experience was wonderful.. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The gentlemen who put up the tent we're awesome never once complained when I asked the to move it over. I definitely will and have already recommended this company to others. Thank you. more

Joselyn helped me place my order and when I forgot to pick it up she called me with enough time for me to pick up my order. She simply provided great customer service, from taking the order to pick up. more

All's Well - Again! 8/23/2017

For the 3rd year in a row, I worked with Sharon F. in the office. She is always very friendly, and responds to every situation, question or request almost instantly. She makes the whole experience simple. I also worked with Saul (my first time) and his crew on the tent installations. He was very professional and yet very personable as well. Overall, a very good experience. We'll be back next year as well. more

Big Tent Events 6/25/2017

I have used Big Tent Events to rent padded chairs that we use in our home for house concerts. I work with employee Sharon Fleming, whose response is always quick and efficient. Although our orders are usually small, I am still treated like a valued customer, which I find very satisfying. more

I worked with Sharon the most, but this is the second year we've utilized Big Tent Event's services, and have always been happy their customer service. They were here on time to install our drapery, and picked it up just as fast. We would definitely use them again! more

I rented a tent, tables and chairs for an August event. I was very impressed by the customer service and the assistance provided. I would definitely,hire this company again in the future. Tent rental 7/21/2015

We had a great experience working with Big Tent Events for our tent rental. It was affordable, the tent was clean, they were on time to set up and to take down. The crew that came to set up and take down were friendly and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. more
