In the course of doing business, and doing business with thousands of people yearly, not everyone is happy. I have been a customer of theres for some time and found that they gave me excellent service as well as spot on repair of complicated auto diagnostic problems. So you are one of the thousand people they work with that is unhappy. Im very happy with them. Happy customers seem never to write thier happy. Charlie l more
