THESE GUYS ARE SUPER FRIENDLY, AND VERY HELPFUL. THE OWNER (RICK) IS SUCH A NICE GUY. I WAS A MECHANIC BACK IN THE LATE 70'S AND I KNOW HONESTY IN THIS KIND OF BUSINESS, AND RIPOFFS TOO. THESE GUYS ARE HONEST, AND PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANY KIND OF AUTOMOTIVE WORK. A+, ALL THE WAY !!!!! more

Great Service 4/25/2013

I have been a lot of places, but I always get straight up great service here. We bought a Tahoe last year that came with free oil changes at the dealer; never used that once because I knew they would find or create issues for it, and Big T would give me honest service. I always point people to BIg T. more

The service was quick and courteous. They only did what was necessary at the time and didn't try to talk me into premature maintenance. They advised me that some repairs were necessary and some weren't. I'll do business with them again. more

Quick, Professional and Pleasant Staff 3/1/2013

I initially went somewhere else (where I bought my tires from, so rotation is FREE for the life of the tires). BUT they were very busy and I couldn't wait 90 min. So I went to Big T Tire (where my husband always). I told them what I needed and even though they had some other cars being worked on, they brought my car right in for oil/filter change, as well as tire rotation. I had a $5 off coupon from the competiter I planned to go to so I ASKED if they acknowledged other company's coupons. Without a pause the gentleman said, "Yes, of course!" So I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. AND hey gave me the $5 off from the coupon I'd had. Pleasant, PAINLESS process! I hate having my car serviced so this was the next best thing. I'll be back! more
