I booked them online to move a small condo and hey only charge me $199 CASH for a truck with 2 nice movers and gave them $10 tips each. They showed-up on tome and very professional. Can't complaint, I am a very Happy customer....Thanks a lot Big Star Moving more

My personal experience was quoted the $199 after owner came to the home to look at furniture. We then scheduled a moving date and time and I received an email and voice mail confirmation. Two hours after the appointment time and no show or call I called the office. They called back an hour later acting surprised movers hadn't arrived. Movers showed four and half hours late with a negative attitude after multiple calls from me; it was to late to move due. Rescheduled for next morning at 7:30, showed up at 8 and only two of three guys. When they were to deliver furniture I sat at other home waiting on them for more than 30 minutes and they said they stopped for breakfast and coffee. They moved extra slow to make sure they went over the proposed time, Caught the movers numerous times standing around talking on cell phone or joking with each other. They required prepayment so no recourse for terrible service except to warn others. more
