Recently purchased a new Jayco RV from Big Sky. Dawn was awesome! We are from Arizona and purchased the RV in the middle of a summer trip. She kept us informed of status and made the transition from out of town a breeze. We feel this was a very positive buying experience, everyone was friendly and helpful. If we decide to purchase another RV in the future we would consider a trip to Big Sky RV. We wish you were closer so you could handle our service needs as well. We had previously owned a StarCraft AR-One but we only used it once and came back and traded it in for a Jayco which is bigger and better suited for us. Jon and Russel and the front office staff were always friendly and always very helpful when I went in to buy my new Jayco. Even though I have never owned a Jayco prior, the technicians gave clear instructions on the basic operations. Have yet to crack open the Owner?s Manual because the techs were so informative. I feel very confident in recommending Big Sky RV to my friends and family. more

I want to compliment everyone at this dealership for treating us like part of the family. We purchased a new RV that we soon realized was too small for us, and they let us return it for full credit towards the Jayco we chose instead. We did not expect to get full credit back since we used it once, but they were so kind to allow it and I just cannot say enough good things about them. I will remain a loyal customer of theirs always. I would not recommend any other dealership to someone. Also we had a wonderful previous experience with the rental department when we rented a Class C from them on short notice and they met our every want and need and helped to make the vacation very enjoyable! more

We were really impressed with our experience here. Their staff is first class! We're new to the RV world, and being walked through everything in detail as they did made us feel a lot more comfortable. The receptionist was personable and professional. Our sales guys was knowledgeable, made us feel important, like we weren't one of the dozens and dozens of people he's shown around before, plus he didn't act like he was selling it to us, just showing us around, and that made us feel a lot more comfortable wanting to buy from them. Courteous and prompt from the start, which made us happy to stick around and then come back to make our purchase. They even made sure to stop us to say thank you again on our way out! more

Very good sales rep, not pesky at all, and he was happy to answer all of our questions. He didn't try to shadow us around the whole time we were there and gave us plenty of space to look around and make our own decisions. This is exactly what we were looking for. Other RV dealers chased us away because they were too pushy. Sales and service people were all great to us. We absolutely recommend them and will be returning ourselves! more
