ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE....I went in to big shark to get a new road bike, First I was told that the person gets off in 15 minutes and he wasn't taking any more customers. I road a few bikes and ran out of time. I came back on sunday to get a bike carbon bike 3000 bike at that and was completely ignored. The older gentleman who was helping me just walked away and started helping other people because he did not have a 61cm bike to fit me.... Do not support Big Shark they don't help you and are to busy to answer any questions. Mesa, Sunset, & Alpine Shop are way better.... Oh I love my new Tarmac SL3 bike.. Do not shop here THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE \r
