College Life...minus living on campus 7/31/2005

I'm going into my last semester at Big Sandy Technical and Community College (formerly Prestonsburg Community College). My first semester was spent at Pikeville College, and while great, I still like this little community college the best. Almost every professor I've had a class under has been extremely helpful and friendly. One thing, if you decide to go here, you have to take a class under Bill Gillis. He's THE best (and, I believe, all knowing.) :) Don't wait to go, I think tuition is going to raise next semester. PROS: Dr. Bill Gillis CONS: Tuition seems to keep going up. more
