I normally love this company but whoever it is that works at night hes very rude and doesnt allow u to finish speak and cuts you off and then.he disconnects before u can get a word out more

We call this car service all the time for the customers at our job , they get five or six calls every day. We also take them ourselves when going to Manhattan . The fare is usually 30-35 dollars. Last night we were charged $ 50.00 . We asked how come a $15.00 raise in price and we too got the reply. What did the base say? It seems like a standard answer from the drivers when they want to be enterprising and up the price on their own. He called the base and the dispatcher agreed. We returned by yellow cab for $26.00. This company obviously does not appreciate businesses that give them business, we were willing to pay a fare price , but we were subject to their piracy.....I say goodbye Quisqueya... more

If I could give a -5 star I would give it to this car service. I used it many times but I will never call them again. Today driver asked me how much they usually charged me and I said $18. He said he had to call the base. I explained is not the first time they take me to same address plus why the hell is he asking if he would call the base anyway. He finally charged me $20 but the $2 dollar difference is not what is important to me. I've given drivers more than that just for their good service.\r \r The point is that the driver was extremely rude and and when I was about to get out of the car he mumbled ""do not call again"" I asked ""excuse me?"" and he repeated his indolent phrase. I told him he was extremely rude and that he was right I will not call again.\r \r I called the base to complain and they did not give a crap. \r \r Do not waste your time calling these people.... more
