Big Q Auto Repair

I've been taking my car to BigQ since 2005 and I highly recommend this auto-shop. They know how to treat people.  No unexpected charges.  If there is a needed repair that you didn't know about, they call to explain the reason and ask if you want them to take care of the problem. I have been taking my car into Big Q since 2006. Everything from a standard oil change to brake jobs and transmission work. Sal is honest and fair and takes the time to explain and show me everything he and his workers do to my car. I just picked up my car for radiator work after being quoted from another location for $600. After taking it to Sal's shop, I learned that I only needed radiator hoses which in turn saved me a lot of money due to Big Q's honesty. The new location at 2700 Lincoln Blvd is really nice inside...hardwood floors, TV, leather chairs, plants.....super nice....and the new bathroom is like being in a hotel. Beware with this place at the moment of paying. They overcharged me even though I had a coupon for a $10 discount on the oil change + 20 points inspection. They do not tell you you'll be charged for the oil filter ($12) and the lubricants and parts ($9 depending on what your car needs). Even when the associate was nice and all, he still couldn't do anything about it. Never coming to this place again. Pros: Nice staff Cons: Discount coupons not as advertised more
