The Big Picture Home Theater Co. is extremely flexible and adaptable. Whatever you want with audio visual entertainment they can make it happen. They think about space, functionality, and parent control. I cannot say enough good things about Patrick and his team. They are prompt and courteous. If there is a problem, they immediately rectify it, and apologize for any inconvenience. They sometimes make a mistake in programming, and return to work it out. I can't ask for anything better. They aren't trying to sell some set package solution. They customize the system to fit your needs. I would go to no one else because they are so great. I'm happy to have a local company to work with. more

The system works great. 12/13/2012

They set up a whole system for us when we first moved into our house and it works great. If we have an issue, they come right away to help us. If our remote needs re-programming or anything like that, they're here within a day or two to help us. more

Excellent, friendly, prompt, and above all -- PATIENT -- service!! 12/12/2012

Even when it became clear that our issues were ones that needed to be resolved by Comcast, Mark did not leave us hanging. He walked me through what I needed to tell and ask Comcast; helped me make my appointment with Comcast and then phoned after Comcast came to make sure everything was OK. This is why we are loyal Big Picture customers -- the service is outstanding. more

Patrick and his crew have given me extraordinary help in integrating my complex systems which require thorough knowledge of all disparate elements. The staff is warm and friendly, and prompt response is Patrick's calling card. You couldn't ask for (or get) better. more

Happy in every way 11/12/2012

After we moved from our big house into our condo, The Big Picture Home Theater installed a high-def TV for us. They connected the TV to our Bose sound system and hid all the wires. They were absolutely wonderful! So, we recently called them back to do a system upgrade, and our entertainment system is better than it was before. These guys are smart and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. more

Not only friendly, but very professional and very available. 11/9/2012

We were one of Big Picture Home Theater's first customers a few years ago when we bought a high definition set from them. Since then, we've replaced it with a 50 inch screen set. Patrick helped set it up and he was very professional. We had some problems with the remote. We had been using a cheaper one after the dog tried to eat ours, and Patrick fixed us up with a new remote that works very well. more
